1) Simply include on a sheet of paper- the name and address where you want your order to be shipped, item # you wish to order, cost per item, name and personalized information you wish engraved on each item # ordered(Ex:name,social security #, etc.). Include a contact e-mail address and/or phone if we have a question or if we need to contact you regarding your order. 2) Please include shipping and handling charges: * US First Class Mail- .63 for 1st item and .24 for each additional item ordered (Ex: 2 items ordered = .63+.24=.87) * Canadian Airmail Post- .90 for 1st item and .25 for each additional item ordered (Ex: 2 items ordered = .90+.25=1.15) 3) Send a money order or check (Payable to Calvin Kregel) for the full amount of your order to the following address: CALVIN KREGEL 2007 HARPERS FERRY Dept. 5 SAN ANTONIO TX 78245-2017 U.S.A. *** PRINT OUT YOUR ORDER AND MAIL IT *** If you have a printer connected to your computer, you can print out your order and mail it to us by using the following steps: 1) Select the item(s) you wish to order, type in your personalized information for each item, then check out when your finished with ordering, this will take you to the shipping screen. 2) Type in your shipping address, phone # and choose how you want your order to be mailed(Ex: First Class),then click the continue buttom which will take you to the payment screen. 3) Disregard the payment method, then type in your name and street address where you want your order to be mailed. Include a phone # and/or e-mail address if we need to contact you regarding your order. If you have special ordering instructions and/or comments you can type them in the comments box. When finished do not click continue, simply print out this screen and mail it to us with your payment for the total amount indicated on the payment screen. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, once we receive your order by mail.
